Tabouli - Millet Salad
3 Cups Quinoa
6 Cups water
1 tsp Salt
Seasoning
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
Other Salad Items :-
1 Cucumber chopped
4 Tomatoes chopped
1 Bunch green onion chopped
1 Bunch Daun Sup chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp Carnberries
Some Lettuce (optional)
1. Boil Quinoa with water and salt with ratio 1:2, with large fire, once boiling, turn low and boil for 15 mins until water is dry up.
2. Add the salad diced items into the quinoa and also the sauce.
This is a huge portion. During the cooking class, the portion was only one Cup of Quinoa and it is a lot, can feed easily 4 persons as salad dish. If 1 Cup Quinoa, use 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil.
